Do I have to be a company or business to use your service
No, anyone can use our service, we do not
require you to be a corporation or business.
What is the pricing structure?
Very simple, $19.95 per email account, per
month. We offer monthly, quaterly and yearly payment
plans.
I am an Internet Service Provider (ISP)
We can provide you with a complete,
transparent email hosting solution. Your customers
will not even know we exist.

What does it mean that your email service is secure?
It means your entire email session and
any information sent from your web browser to our
servers, from the time you log in until you log out,
is encrypted or scrambled, making it impossible to
intercept or steal.
What if I don't use a web browser, but an email client like MS Outlook
That is fine, our IMAP servers also
provide a secure, encrypted SSL channel for you to
use.
What is SSL?
SSL stands for Secure Socket Layer. It is
a protocol developed for transmitting private
information via the Internet. SSL works by using a
private key to encrypt data that's transferred over
the SSL connection.
Is SPAM protection part of your service?
Yes. We use multi-tier SPAM technology
that blocks the worst SPAM providers before they ever
reach your mailbox. The rest of the SPAM messages are
marked as SPAM for easy filtering to the SPAM folder
at your convenience. Our corporate email service
offers three levels of SPAM protection you can select:
low, medium, and agressive.
What about viruses?
Anti-virus protection is integrated into
our infrastructure. Virus infected emails are simply
deleted and are not delivered to your mailbox.
What if I don't want any SPAM protection?
Not a problem. We can exclude your
domain(s) from any SPAM protection.
How long does it take you to set up my domain for email hosting?
We start working on your setup right
away, usually within 4 hours. If you need to make DNS
changes, to point your domain to our servers, it will
take about 24 hours (48 max) for the DNS change to
propagate the Internet. This is the nature of the
Internet, and as such is out of our control.
Do you offer DNS hosting services?
Yes. DNS hosting is included, if you wish
to have it. You can also host your own DNS, or have a
third party host it. Our email service works with all
DNS setups.
